ViBeatz Kidz & Teenz Instructor Course
ViBeatz Kidz & Teenz is a new hybrid dance, fitness and yoga class. This class is designed with all growing kids in mind (7- 16 years). It is designed to work with growth spurts, hormone changes and mood swings. This will keep the sporty, dance or in-between student engaged with total fitness as the by-product. Mindfulness and self-esteem with inclusivity is the priority. All students will enjoy and be challenged and have fun at the same time!
This course is ENDORSED by EMD UK, the governing body for Group Exercise UK and Sports England UK. This course is for teachers who want to qualify to teach viBeatz Kids & Teenz in schools, health clubs, community halls, kids parties as well as dance schools who want to offer viBeatz as a fitness, dance and yoga class for both boys and girls
This is a hybrid online blended course you can complete online or with zoom group. All assessments will be on zoom with all worksheets and assessments throughout the course
